Staff Selection

Staff recruitment consists in the research of the most adequate person for a station that the company needs to cover.
- Our partners, professionals of the sector, publish an announcement in the specialised press, with the company’s previous agreement.
- The recruiting agency study and select the réumés.
- The candidates corresponding to the profile are interviewed and pass some psychotechnicals tests for an assessment of the commercial, intellectual faculties and personality.
- Finally the company mahe its choice among the 3 or 4 selected candidates (for the station).

The graphologic survey is normally used in staff's selection in order to know the the candidate's loyalty, honesty, adaptation and stability.
